The numbers you type never leave your device. Every calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your overhead, wages, margins and job costs are not transmitted to this site, not stored, and not seen by anyone.

What is collected today

Standard server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records the usual request information — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user agent — as part of serving and protecting the site.
Search Console data. Google reports aggregate search terms, impressions and clicks for this domain. It is aggregate only and does not identify individual visitors.
No cookies are set by this site. There is no account, no login, and no tracking pixel.

What will change, and when

This page is kept accurate rather than aspirational, so it names things only once they are live. Two changes are planned:

An email list. If a signup form appears, it will collect an email address and nothing else, only when you type it in. It will be used to send updates about the tools and pricing benchmarks, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
Advertising. If display advertising is added, the ad provider may set cookies and this page will be updated to say so before it goes live.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links to software are affiliate links. Following one tells the vendor that you arrived from this site, usually via a tag in the URL or a cookie set by them on their own domain. We do not receive your personal information from them — only aggregate reporting on whether a referral converted. See the disclosure page.

Questions or removal requests

Write to hello@markupmath.com. Because the site holds no account data, in most cases there is nothing to remove — but ask, and you will get a straight answer about what exists.
