Especially worth writing about

• A worked example that doesn't reconcile. These are checked before publishing, but if one is wrong it needs fixing today, not eventually. Include the page and the numbers you used.
• A calculator that's missing. If you keep working something out on the back of an invoice, it probably belongs here.
• An assumption that's wrong for your trade. Burden rates, billable percentages and margin norms vary more between trades than most published guidance admits.

What this isn't

We can't price your specific job, review your books, or tell you what to charge a particular customer. The tools do the arithmetic; the judgement is yours.
